How much does charter cost?

VAS, Inc. offers the most affordable rates in the industry and under our What's New section, you can often find discounted trips that will save you up to 60% off our regular rates. Rates are charged by the flight hour and depend on the size of the jet chosen for the trip. Because we are an FAA certified operator, not a broker, you are working directly with the owners of the company, thus cutting out the middleman and added costs.

How does VAS, Inc. ensure the safety of its passengers?

Our experience ensures your safety. VAS, Inc.’s seasoned team of aviation professionals are industry veterans and ensure the utmost in safety and quality by continually maintaining aircraft engines and airframes. All aircraft are operated under FAR (Federal Aviation Regulation) Part 135 Certificates issued by the FAA and have the latest in radar and Traffic Collision Avoidance Systems. Captains are simulator trained, have a minimum of 2,500 flight hours, and are ATP (Airline Transportation Pilot) rated. All personnel undergo extensive background checks prior to employment and are routinely drug and alcohol tested. All aircraft meet strict FAA guidelines and are rated by independent safety audit firms such as ARG/US. Private charter is most definitely the safest way to travel, as many of the security threats you are often subject to with the major airlines are simply non-existent on a chartered flight.

What aircraft are available for charter?

VAS, Inc. has access to an extensive network of charter aircraft , including light, mid-size and heavy jets. Airliners, turbo-prop and piston-prop aircraft are also available. Light jets are appropriate for seven to eight passengers; mid-size jets are best for up to eight passengers; and heavy jets are best for up to fifteen passengers. These jets have a private lavatory and a galley or mini-galley.
